Food Trucks on Campus


Angie Loving identified a need for more food options on campus and suggested bringing Food Trucks to campus. This resulted in a pilot program launched in April 2024. Based on participant feedback the Food Truck pilot was determined as a success and a recommendation to KU Dining was made to create a permanent program beginning the 2024-2025 academic year.
