Heather Blanck

Heather reports to the Chief Financial Officer and manages the University of Kansas Procurement team supporting the Lawrence and Edwards Campus.  Her team serves as a resource for the University providing category spend management, solicitation development, contract review and supplier negotiations.

With 20 years of procurement experience before coming to KU, Heather managed procurement teams at Waddell & Reed, Bayer Healthcare, Epiq Systems and DST Systems, Inc.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Baker University and a Juris Doctorate from Washburn School of Law.
