Power Automate for Teams Admin

When starting a new Microsoft Teams community, there was a need to send a detailed communication about the expectations and plans for the group.  Rather  than looking for new team members and then sending them an email, Power Automate allows for an email to be trigger from your inbox to any new team members added to the Microsoft Team of your choosing.  This allows for an effective communication of group norms, expectations, and event timing without spending any time manually completing the task.

In addition to the welcome email, each new member needs the meeting series forwarded for our new Automate & Elevate team. Rather than looking through my emails or on the teams site to find the "new" members, Power Automate can be setup to create a new task on my Outlook task list to be completed to inform me who needs the meeting series forwarded to them.

Impact of idea:

These quick hacks allow the automatic communications of community standards to be shared and a list of "to dos" to prevent people being missed from future meetings.
